Our perception of smell requires that we judge scents based on the experiences we associate with them. The like or dislike of a scent is often based on memory and emotion.
At Wick, it’s our job to connect you to a scent (or combination of scents) remembered or discovered. Our sensory-driven customer service experience makes scent more accessible, real, and individual. Pour a candle or infuse a fragrance product; the Wick experience will spark a memory whenever you get a whiff.
Pouring
The process of selecting scents, choosing a jar, designing a label, and creating your custom-scented candle takes about 45 minutes.
Walk-ins are welcome, but groups of four (4) or more are encouraged to make a reservation to ensure they are seated together at the Scent Bar. Visit our Plan Your Own Event page for more information!
Candles take 90 minutes to cool before they are ready to take home.
Want to make something other than a candle? You can customize sprays, oils, reed diffusers, and body care products like scrubs, lotions, and hand soaps.
